MEDICINE WHEEL MEDITATIONS

My medicine wheel is a place I go to pray, to contemplate, to plan, to cry, to get back in touch with me and this present moment. If we lose this moment, we lose another opportunity. This song is an amazing description of what is happening to so many of us. Our body never lies to us. When we are in tune with our Spiritual team, our intuition is on point. We can choose to change the course we are on before any lasting consequences arrive. We can hear the call as to what we are meant to bring to the world around us.
